When a prospect fills in the Financial Health Quiz, you'll get an e-mail with Subject: "New Prospect to Contact: [%prospect@email.com%]." The main Advisor Dashboard (link here) also has a list of prospects who have completed a quiz.


This notification is a major opportunity. A prospect who has completed a quiz is taking planning seriously, and is engaged with your messages.


Take these steps to turn the quiz into a Meeting

  1. Review the Quiz Results
    In the notification e-mail, you can click the link to review the prospect's full responses and familiarize yourself with their situation. The notification e-mail will also contain specific suggestions for conversation topics.

  2. Give the prospect a call
    If you have the time to call them right away, they may appreciate a call to discuss the quiz while it's top of mind

  3. Start a Follow-up Campaign
    If you can't get a hold of them, start another campaign!

    Harbor has a built-in multi-step campaign to automatically follow up on quiz completions and try to schedule a meeting (see campaign).

    To trigger it, click the "Personalize Follow-Up" button you can find at the bottom of the lead campaign. You'll be taken to a page where you're asked to make a minor edit

    To maximize chance of conversion, you'll be asked to personalize the message by [%including examples of any relevant action ideas%]. You can take these directly from the notification message, or enter your own.

  4. Follow Up in Bulk
    If you lose track of who has done the quiz or not, you can easily start the Quiz Results Follow-Up main Advisor Dashboard by selecting it from the dropdown menu (link here).
