Intelligently Pausing Messages

Regular mailing lists aren't very smart: every contact gets every message, until you manually unsubscribe them.


Intelligent Conversation will automatically pause if you have any direct interaction with a contact:

  • The contact gets in touch directly (via text, e-mail, or phonecall)
  • You message the contact directly (via text, e-mail, or phonecall)
  • The contact schedules an appointment
  • The contact completes the Financial Health Quiz

The new interface makes it easy to see these recent interactions, at a glance.


Intelligently Resuming Messages


What if the contact responds once or twice, and then stops responding after you try to schedule a meeting?


Conversations keep track of these contacts, and helps you resume messages seamlessly: After a certian period of time, you'll be reminded to resume outreach. The system will even suggest right next message, primed and ready to go, so all you have to do is click a button to have it continue. Now you'll never forget to follow up with contacts again.



Better Contact Management


The new upgrade also includes a number of quality of life improvements to campaign approvals, including:

  • Approval messages will only go out once/week (hurray!)
  • The highest-priority (most delayed messages) are automatically pulled to the top, so it's easy to see which messages are awaiting approval
  • You can see what campaign every prospect is in, what their most recent activity is, etc... at a glance
