You may have received a message from DashFox that looks like this:
Subject: **YOUR APPROVAL REQUIRED** - Resume Automated Campaigns
Auto-Paused Conversation
Intelligent Conversation automatically pauses messages if it notices you were able to contact them directly
But what if the conversation doesn't lead to a conversion, and you want to resume your automated messages?
Option 1: Auto-Resume Campaigns
If you want Harbor to auto-resume without asking for approval, turn on "Auto-Resume." You can e-mail support (support@harborplan.com) if you don't know how to access this option.
This is generally the recommended option as it ensure prospects don't go too long without hearing from you.
Option 2: Manually Resume Campaigns
If you don't have Auto-Resume enabled, Harbor will send you this e-mail alerting you, and asking you to resume automated messages.
How to Resume Prospects
It's easy! Clicking the "Resume Campaigns" button in the e-mail will take you your dashboard, where you can review any prospects who need to be put back into campaigns.
To resume campaigns, just click "resume." If there's no campaign queued up, you may need to select the appropriate campaign first. The "Pre-Engagement Nurture" or "Long-Term Nurture" campaigns are always a good choice.
From the "Resume Campaigns" tab, click the "..." button and choose inactive. The system will stop tracking them from this time forward.
