To remove a contact from any future campaigns, you have two options:
- Mark Inactive: This removes them from any campaigns, but lets you potentially re-activate them at some point in the future.
- Unsubscribe: This prevents you from emailing them for any reason, at any time in the future
- Find the contact in your dashboard. If you have trouble finding them, consult this article for tips: Where do I find [xyz prospect] in my dashboard?
- Then, click the "..." button on the far right, and choose the "Cancel and Mark as Inactive" button.

- That's it! They'll be removed from any active campaigns, and put into a separate 'Inactive Prospects' list in case you want to retouch them again.
- Find the contact in your dashboard, and click the user ID to access the "User Detail" page
- Click the Unsubscribe button in the "Status" section in the top right of the user detail page

- Note that this step is not reversible except by this prospect, so please make sure you want to unsubscribe them vs. just marking them inactive.
