Answer: Upload it, and Send the link
Because templates get sent out lots of times, it's better to host a file online, and link to it, rather than attach a separate file to each e-mail.
File upload and hosting is built into our template editor.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Select the text that you want to link to the document. eg. "Download the File" and click the hyperlink button (the chain icon)
2. In the Link Type menu select "File Manager"
3. You'll see the file upload window (similar to the image upload). Upload the file, then you'll be able to click to insert it, like you see in this graphic
That's it! Your file is hosted online and all your recipients can download the message. You'll also be able to track if they clicked/downloaded that file or not in the Activity Log.
