Answer: The option to unsubscribe prospects, or delete them completely can be found on the user detail page.
If you click on the user ID, you'll go to the user ID page, where you will find two options:
Unsubscribing Prospects
- Unsubscribed prospects stay in the system in a separate list, and will no longer be able to receive automated messages.
- Generally, if prospects don't want to hear from you anymore, our recommendation is to unsubcribe them. That way, the system won't accidentally send them e-mails if you upload a new list that
- To unsubscribe a prospect, click the "Unsubscribe" button in the top-right corner
- You can see a full list of every unsubscribed prospect under "All Prospects" > "Inactive Prospects" (link here)
- Every e-mail sent by Harbor also has a link for the contact to self-unsubscribe, which does the same thing.
Deleting Prospects
- If you want to remove the prospect completely, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click "delete this user" button.
- They'll be fully removed from the system, but if you try to invite them again, we won't know that they've been unsubscribed.
