If you've recently edited your blackout period settings, may notice that lead response emails do not send instantly when a lead comes in.
Conversely, lead response emails don't actually follow the new blackout settings.
If so, it could be related to the way that you have entered blackout times.
Within the Harbor systems, blackout intervals need to be specified for the same day.
For example, if you want a blackout period between "9pm to 7am" on Saturday, this is actually spanning from 9pm Saturday to 7am on Sunday.
As a result, the system gets confused, because there's no time on Saturday that's after 9pm but before 7am also on Saturday (ie. it's technically before 7am on Sunday)
If you want to have overnight periods like this, you'll need to break it up into two separate intervals, eg.
- Saturday: 9pm to Midnight
- Sunday: Midnight to 7am
